Utah Valley State College will maintain an "open door" policy, admitting all applicants whose qualifications indicate they may benefit from the instructional programs offered and are generally beyond the age of high school enrollment.

To be eligible for registration to the College, an applicant must submit all of the following to the Office of Admissions:
- Completed online application for admission
- Nonrefundable $35 application fee accompanying first application for admission.
- ACT/SAT scores
- High school transcript
This application is not for international students or concurrent enrollment students. Information regarding application for international students may be found at www.uvsc.edu. Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit your application. Return it with the nonrefundable application fee of $35 (fee for new and transfer applicants only) to the admissions office listed below.

Residency Information
Acceptance and resident status will be determined by the Admissions Office. If you are classified as a nonresident and believe you should be classified as a resident for tuition purposes, you may complete an application for Utah residency (tuition assessment). Directory Information
In accordance with the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, and the Confidentiality of Records Policy of the college, if you DO NOT want directory information about yourself listed in public and campus directories you MUST fill out a "REQUEST TO WITHHOLD DIRECTORY INFORMATION" form and return it to One Stop. Directory information includes name, phone number, hometown city and state, verification of current enrollment, dates of enrollment, degrees conferred, dates, major field of study, and honors. Academic address information will be given to sponsoring agencies or individuals upon proof of sponsorship.
